Refund Policy

Technical generation failures are automatically refunded as credits when the task fails before a usable result is delivered.

Subscription and credit-pack refunds depend on usage, payment processor rules, and account status. Used credits are generally not refundable once generation has completed successfully.

If a payment or generation result looks wrong, contact support@vidion.ai with your account email and order or task reference.
